Sales Agent (m/f/d)

on:mint makes digital content verifiably real: AI labeling, proof of origin, and escrow for software and SaaS. Many of our customers are not tech experts. That is exactly why we need you: you guide them from the first call to long after the deal.
Your role
- First calls: you run demo and intro calls with prospects and find out what they actually need.
- Onboarding: you get new customers started without friction and stay their point of contact.
- Aftersales: you check in after the deal, collect feedback, and spot where customers need more support.
What you bring
- You enjoy talking to people without prior knowledge. You would rather explain simply than impressively.
- First experience in sales, customer success, or support, ideally around software.
- You structure your own week. Remote works here because you make it work.
- Fluent German, good English.
