    Providers/deployers from third countries also fall under the AI Act as soon as the output is used in the EU.

    This test does not replace legal advice. It is based on Art. 50 AI Act (Reg. (EU) 2024/1689) and the draft guidelines of the European Commission. Only the CJEU can give binding interpretation. Art. 50 applies from August 2, 2026.
